Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy

Effective Date: July 3, 2026

To protect customers, delivery partners, employees, and the public, certain goods may not be transported through the Uno network.

1. Prohibited Items
Uno will not knowingly transport items including:

• Illegal goods

• Counterfeit products

• Firearms

• Ammunition

• Explosives

• Hazardous chemicals

• Narcotics and controlled substances without lawful authorization

• Stolen property

• Human remains

• Live animals (unless expressly approved)

• Pornographic materials prohibited by law

• Items prohibited by applicable legislation

Uno reserves the right to refuse any shipment reasonably believed to contain prohibited items.

2. Restricted Items
The following items may be accepted only under approved conditions:

• Fragile goods

• High-value items

• Medical products

• Temperature-sensitive products

• Lithium battery devices

• Jewellery

• Confidential documents

• Perishable goods

• Alcoholic beverages where legally permitted

Additional packaging, documentation, insurance, or handling requirements may apply.

3. Inspection
Where permitted by law, Uno may inspect or require the inspection of shipments where there is a reasonable belief that they contain prohibited or improperly declared items.

4. Packaging
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments are:

• safely packaged;

• correctly labelled;

• appropriate for transportation;

• compliant with applicable regulations.

Uno may refuse inadequately packaged shipments.

5. Dangerous Goods
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Uno does not transport dangerous goods regulated under applicable transportation laws.

6. Liability
Customers remain solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of all shipment contents.
Uno reserves the right to suspend accounts, refuse service, report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities, and recover costs arising from breaches of this Policy.
